Hi, I’m Gina!

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, here to support you in finding the simplicity of a healthy life. One that is sustainable, fulfilling and most importantly, enjoyable.  In other words, to be your happiest and healthiest self. 

Having an in-depth and clear understanding of the ever evolving health and wellness industry, I bring a holistic and integrative approach to health and nutrition. This comes from my own personal experience of health complications, along with my passion for gut and digestive health.

It’s about being non-restrictive, listening to your mind and body and allowing it to enjoy what it needs - whether that’s movement, a smoothie, a bowl of pasta (my all time Sunday favourite) or a glass of wine. It’s about finding the balance and marrying health with wellness.”
